这款ROG游戏手机6天玑至尊版搭载了由台积电4nm制程工艺打造的天玑9000+处理器，该处理器采用“1超大核+3大核+4效能核”的三丛集Armv9架构，并拥有14MB的大缓存加持。GPU方面配备的是性能再度提升的Arm Mali-G710，相比于天玑9000，CPU及GPU性能均有5%、10%的提升幅度。而全力适配的Hyper Engine5.0引擎，不仅实现了平均112万+跑分的理论测试成绩，在《原神》《金铲铲之战》《品牌战士》等游戏中也可全程满帧运行，在ROG X模式下的系统级性能优化，将始终带给玩家T1级别竞技体验。
事实上，在7月份的时候高通骁龙8+就已经成功霸榜，不过那时候搭载了天玑9000+的小米12 Pro 天玑版仅在排行榜第十位，而到了9月份搭载同样配置但名为ROG游戏手机6天玑至尊版则是直冲榜首，以1123036分位居第一。然而到了10月旗舰排行榜有些变化，虽然仍然以高通骁龙8+'s performance as the dominant force, but ROG gaming phone 6 with Mediatek Dimensity 9200 processor managed to rank second.
