CYZ-A型防爆铜叶轮自吸式离心油泵，本单位生产的自吸式油泵是根据国内外有关技术资料经消化、吸收、改进后研制而成的泵类产品，该泵适用于石油行业、陆地油库、油罐车的理想产品，并适合于作船用货油泵、舱底泵和压载泵及机器冷却水循环等，分别输送汽油、煤油、柴油、航煤等石油产品和海水、清水，介质温度-20℃～80℃，如输送化工液体可改用耐腐蚀机械密封。

CYZ-A型自吸式离心流量高达12.5m³/h至1000m³/h，以满足不同用户对流量需求。电机功率范围从1.1kw到375kw，可以根据用户实际需要选择合适类型。该系列设备结构简洁、高效运行，无需底阀设计，便于安装和维护。此外，它采用硬质合金机械密封，可长时间工作且耐磨损。

使用说明：

(一)起动前的准备及检查工作：1.CYZ-A型离心 oil pump, according to the pump's operating condition, use high-quality calcium-based grease and No.10 machine oil for lubrication; if using grease lubrication, the pump should be periodically injected with grease into the bearing box; if using machine oil lubrication, if the oil level is insufficient, add enough of it.

2.Check whether there is a shortage of liquid in the pump body or not; if there is a shortage, inject liquid directly into the pump body through the filling port on top of the pump case without starting operation as it cannot work normally and may damage mechanical seals.

3.Check whether any rotating parts are stuck or damaged.

4.Check whether any screws are loose at bottom feet or joints.

5.Check whether shafts are aligned between pumps and motors properly.

6.Open intake pipe valves slightly (do not fully open them).

(二)Stop Pump:

1.Close outlet valve first.

2.Stop pumping action.

3.In cold weather, drain coolant from water-cooled compartments to prevent freezing damage.

4.Drain excess fluid from suction line.

5.Replace worn-out parts such as seals or bearings.

Clear debris from inlet/outlet lines

Insufficient Oil Output:

Blockage in impeller flow path/suction line

Solution:

Clean blockages out of impeller flow paths/suction lines
