产品介绍Product introduction 为了满足分散高粘度膏体或浆料的需求，工业级三辊研磨机设计得相当完善。通过水平排列的三根辊筒之间的相互挤压和不同速度的摩擦，可以实现精细研磨。设备配备紧急制动按钮，以防止异物损坏机器；辊子采用特殊硬质合金或陶瓷材质制造，可根据不同的物料粘度调整辊子的中突度，从而适用于各种高、中、低粘度产品。
工作原理Working principle 三辊研磨机由三个平行安装在铁架上的滚筒组成，中心线齐一，既可以水平放置，也可以略有倾斜。这台设备利用三个滚筒表面的相互挤压以及不同速度的摩擦来达成研磨效果。其中一个特点是钢质滚筒可空心以便于水冷却，并且具有良好的通风系统。此外，由于三个滚筒旋转方向不同时（前后顺序依次递增），产生了强大的研磨作用。在经过精密加工后的圆径上，该设备能够生产出细腻至15微米左右的均匀产品品质，为多个行业提供了极佳服务。
